Mamo Connect is a virtual exchange program that creates a safe and engaging space for young people across North America, Africa, and other parts of the world to connect through sincere conversations, cultural exchange, and shared learning.

How the Program Works
Mamo Connect is structured to make participation simple, engaging, and impactful.
Express Interest
Individuals submit their interest to join the program and be considered for a cohort.
Join a Cohort
Selected participants are grouped into cohorts where they begin their journey together.
Attend Live Sessions
Participants meet virtually in facilitated sessions designed for dialogue, reflection, and learning.
Grow Into Leadership
After the program, participants may move into training or peer leadership opportunities.
From Participant to Changemaker
Mamo Connect is not only about joining conversations. It is about growing through them.
At the end of the program, participants have the opportunity to become trainers and peer leaders, sharing what they have learned with others in their communities.
This helps expand the impact of the program over time, creating a growing network of young people committed to dialogue, peacebuilding, and positive community change.
Who Mamo Connect Is For
This program is for young people who are curious, open-minded, and ready to grow through dialogue and cross-cultural engagement.

Mamo Connect offers different pathways designed for different audiences and needs.
MyConnect
MyConnect is designed for K-12 and high school students to connect with peers across the globe. It creates a virtual space where young learners can engage in cross-cultural conversations, build friendships, strengthen global awareness, and grow in confidence through meaningful dialogue.
MamoHub
MamoHub is for young people from all walks of life. It provides an open and engaging space for dialogue, learning, connection, and exchange on issues that matter to communities and the wider world. It is ideal for youth who want to grow through conversation, collaboration, and shared experiences.
Specialization
Specialization is a need-specific dialogue design created for particular organizations, groups, or community needs. These sessions are tailored to suit a defined purpose, audience, or challenge. Booking is required. To discuss a customized dialogue program, please contact hi@mmpf.ca.
